RCT 1 (MIM)

Senior Project Management of the 3 MIM Schools in RCT (Project Name: RCT1). Pattern book schools in 3 different sites across RCT. All works carried out alongside live operational school environments. Schools built to high standards achieving NZC with fabric first approach and low airtightness.

Works were completed to exemplary zero snags standards with a very satisfied customer team. These were the first Primary Schools in Wales procured using the MIM funding mechanism.

We worked with a large client and third party checking team that included Independent Testers (from WG), Clerk of Works team and the Local Authority.
