SWANSEA ARENA (2022)

I acted as Senior Project Manager for the Swansea Arena project constructed between 2019 and 2022. The project also included the southern MSCP and Coastal Park, which has now become a vibrant landscape and play area in Swansea linking the public realm with the Arena. The project was a challenging undertaken, which took place during Covid. A high end technical and cosmetic specification was met with a high quality delivery – with a significant bespoke element driving each facet of the building. The project was opened on time to high acclaim with all stakeholders.
